Ground Floor
This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds. This Cottage has just been redecorated for 2019.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is s spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere, iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, speaker for mobile phones, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. Free WIFI.
Dining Area
A cottage style pine table and 6 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.
First Floor
Bedroom One
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
Bedroom Two
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
The Bathroom
A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor
Master bedroom
The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.
Lounge area
This is a small area with an easy chair that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.
Bedroom
This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It has views over the courtyard and the farm.
En-suite bathroom
A newly refurbished modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the pool area and countryside.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! There is a BBQ with table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger.
SOME REVIEWS
You definitely needed your own transport to get around if you needed to explore the bigger towns/beaches, but if you just wanted to stay put, then there were lots of lovely walks, scenery and a small garden to sit in with a BBQ and the heated swimming pool behind the cottages. Ideal for families, lots for them to do, and a safe, carefree environment – no traffic!
Owners were very informative, a great information folder, and a welcome pack on arrival, with fresh homemade cookies, milk, local cider and a bottle of homemade beer.

Wow…where to start! We spent a week at these beautiful gites, we were two families with two gites next to each other. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest of welcomes, Erica and Rob couldn’t have been more accommodating or made us feel more welcome. The Gites themselves were a home from home with everything you could need and a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The pool was big and the kids spent most of the days in it, with the other Gites being occupied by families there were lots of other children to keep ours occupied too and they made lots of friends. The enclosed garden was perfect for BBQs in the evening and the lake in the meadow was great fun with the row boat. The location of these Gites is tranquil and idillic and very safe to allow the children to enjoy the outdoors. Absolutely stunning, I couldn’t praise the Gites/ location and the hosts any higher! We will definitely return

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at the Keranmeriet gites. The accommodation was great and set in beautiful, unspoilt countryside. The location was perfect for lots of trips to amazing beaches and charming towns. Erika and Rob made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Fabulous gites, pool and location
Location good to get to the area’s of interest close by, beaches also very handy,the countryside excellent great for families. Everything about the stay was excellent, Erika and Rob lovely people.

“We had a lovely 10 day stay at Keranmeriet. The travel directions given by Rob & Erika were spot on and we had a straight forward journey from Roscoff. The Gite was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The lovely beaches and attractions are within easy travelling distance, We found a good selection of restaurants in nearby Pont Avon only a short drive away.
We found a nice golf course “Kerbenez” close to Quimper which also does great food at very good prices. All in all a great holiday, Thank you Rob & Erika.”

Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 5 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.

We have a 12m Pool that I set in a natural environment with lovely views over the Aven valley. With child safety in mind we have enclosed it with a 1.3m high fence and it also has a self locking security gate.
We are very spoilt here with a variety of beaches, little coves with rock pools a plenty to explore, long sandy shores that stretch for miles, surfing beaches and many within just a 15 minute drive.
Brittany is rich in history and culture and leisure, from cities with Cathedrals and medieval streets, towns famous for Painters and watermills, seafood, cider and crepe festivals, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, fun parks and Zoos.
We have 100 acres for you to explore and relax in, you can always find a quiet spot. Watch the wildlife, walk in the woods or picnic along the river, fish for Trout in the lake, children can climb the trees, make dens or fish for tadpoles.
