Ground Floor
This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is s spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. Free WIFI
Dining Area
A cottage style pine table and 6 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.
First Floor
Bedroom One
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
Bedroom Two
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
The Bathroom
A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor
Master bedroom
The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.
Lounge area
This is a small area with an easy chair that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.
Bedroom
This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It has views over the courtyard and the farm.
En-suite bathroom
A modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the pool area and countryside.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! There is a BBQ with table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger.

Kids loved the pool, playing with other kids staying in the other gites and Erika & Rob’s children. Bikes available for kids to use. Everything you I could think of was provided in the gites.
Great choice of beaches only 15-20 mins away. Great kayaking down the river from Pont Aven & Concarneau great to explore!

We had a lovely stay here in June. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and had everything we needed. Erika kindly provided stair gates, a high chair and baby bath. The setting is idyllic in rolling countryside and close to some great beaches and interesting towns. Unfortunately we were very unlucky with the weather which prevented us from exploring more. I’m sure we will return.
A really fabulous place for a family holiday (for children of all ages). Comfortable self catering gites with pool, in beautiful grounds. Easy access to fantastic beaches, walks, interesting towns with plenty of choice of markets, shops and restaurants etc. We loved looking round Pont Aven, Quimper and Concarneau and couldn’t stay away from Tahiti beach. Hosts Rob and Erika do an amazing job of making each family feel welcome and go out of their way to assist in any way needed. Great setting for more than one family to holiday together in adjacent gites. Would definitely recommend this place to any family.

“Just returned from a fabulous week’s holiday here… going for two weeks next year! Lots to do – very close to beautiful beaches to explore and also to interesting towns such as Concarneau and Quimper.
The gites are very well organised in spacious grounds and all our children enjoyed just hanging out there, or swimming in the pool, when we needed a rest from the ‘tourist trail’. Many thanks to Rob, Erica and the boys – who were so welcoming and helpful. looking forward to seeing you all again. “

We spent a week in Minaouet in early July 2015 and can thoroughly recommend it. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect; surrounded by delightful countryside but only a short drive from local sights and amenities. Rob and Erika were attentive and helpful but not intrusive.
Pont Aven, Concarneau, Vannes and Pointe de Raz are all worth a visit and the local beaches are great (although the sea was ‘bracing’).

Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 5 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.

We have a 12m Pool that I set in a natural environment with lovely views over the Aven valley. With child safety in mind we have enclosed it with a 1.3m high fence and it also has a self locking security gate.
We are very spoilt here with a variety of beaches, little coves with rock pools a plenty to explore, long sandy shores that stretch for miles, surfing beaches and many within just a 15 minute drive.
Brittany is rich in history and culture and leisure, from cities with Cathedrals and medieval streets, towns famous for Painters and watermills, seafood, cider and crepe festivals, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, fun parks and Zoos.
We have 100 acres for you to explore and relax in, you can always find a quiet spot. Watch the wildlife, walk in the woods or picnic along the river, fish for Trout in the lake, children can climb the trees, make dens or fish for tadpoles.
