Ground Floor
This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is s spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. Free WIFI
Dining Area
A cottage style pine table and 6 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.
First Floor
Bedroom One
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
Bedroom Two
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
The Bathroom
A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor
Master bedroom
The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.
Lounge area
This is a small area with an easy chair that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.
Bedroom
This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It has views over the courtyard and the farm.
En-suite bathroom
A modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the pool area and countryside.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! There is a BBQ with table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger.

Nous sommes bien rentrés à la maison. On a fait une escale à Amiens.
C’était un choix parfait pour venir en vacances chez vous !
Le gite Belon de ‘Keranmariet’ était très propre avec des chambres confortables et avait tout ce qu’il faut pour nous faire sentir à l’aise.
Un paradis pour les enfants, les parents et les grands-parents. Le magnifique cadre verdoyant, la belle piscine spacieuse chauffée, le chien Luna et les chiots, les poules et les oies, tout ce qui donne détente et repos.
La maison est très confortable et a beaucoup de place, de sorte que vous pouvez vous sentir à l’aise avec plus d’une personne. La maison offre tout ce qui était nécessaire de l’hébergement, la présence d’une lave-vaisselle et d’une machine à laver est un plus.
Idéalement situé , il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire autour de la place, visitez les villes typiquement bretonnes et les belles plages.

Everything was spot on – what more can we say? 10/10 on everything and have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Maybe an extra bottle of home brew IPA on arrival to quench the thirst 😉 We’d definitley book again when in the area – perfect hosts and perfect location for us. Many thanks Christian, Erika, Rob and family.
We’ve just had our second fabulous half term holiday at Keranmeriet. We stayed in Belon which was spotless, very spacious for the 5 of us and had all we needed. The children loved the freedom of the outside space, borrowing bikes and heading down to the meadow. We all appreciated the welcome addition of the new pool heater-thanks Rob! Pool was lovely and warm.
Erika and Rob are perfect hosts, around if you need anything but never intrusive and our children enjoyed playing with the boys very much. Erika is a star and helped me out when we arrived with hungry children and food less disorganised parents-thanks Erika, I promise to plan better next time!
The area is perfect for a family holiday-clean quiet pretty beaches, you are spoilt for choice! We enjoyed trips to the iles de glenan and hiring a kayak on port manech beach. The high ropes adventure place just down the road-Adrenature is just brilliant. Loads of zip wires and plenty to entertain for a few hours. I’m sure we’ll be back xx

We found keranmeriet quite by chance on a google search,and we were delighted with the full holiday package that the cottage, area and hosts provided. We had our 17th month twin boys,ourselves and grandparents on the trip. The cottage and child safe garden were very well equipped ,with toys for the children and even a set of boules for the adults.
It was my first visit to Brittany and I was very impressed with the places and beaches within a short drive. Pont aven and Concarneau are a must and our fav beach was Port manech. The weather was excellent, perfect, not too hot for little ones. The welcome pack and maps were very helpful, but many thanks to Rob, Erica and family who were on hand to help with any questions. It felt a very friendly and welcoming home from home and for all those that need it, Wi fi is available in the yard nr the farmhouse. They even provided a table and sun umbrella. Would definitely recommend these cottages and hope to be back.

Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 5 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.

We have a 12m Pool that I set in a natural environment with lovely views over the Aven valley. With child safety in mind we have enclosed it with a 1.3m high fence and it also has a self locking security gate.
We are very spoilt here with a variety of beaches, little coves with rock pools a plenty to explore, long sandy shores that stretch for miles, surfing beaches and many within just a 15 minute drive.
Brittany is rich in history and culture and leisure, from cities with Cathedrals and medieval streets, towns famous for Painters and watermills, seafood, cider and crepe festivals, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, fun parks and Zoos.
We have 100 acres for you to explore and relax in, you can always find a quiet spot. Watch the wildlife, walk in the woods or picnic along the river, fish for Trout in the lake, children can climb the trees, make dens or fish for tadpoles.
