Ground Floor
This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is s spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nescafe Dolce coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. Free WIFI.
Dining Area
A cottage style pine table and 8 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.
Bedroom One
This has a bunk bed with a single bed over a double futon sofa, that can also be converted into a double bed. It has a dressing table with a stool, CD Player and a wardrobe. There is large window with a view over the courtyard.
First Floor
Bedroom Two
Has a double pine bed with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe, easy chair and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
Bedroom Three
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe, easy chair and bedside cabinets.

A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor
Master bedroom
The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.
Lounge area
This is a small area with a writing table that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.
Bedroom
This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is also a large sofa bed, that can be coverted for extra sleeping places or for relaxing whilst reading. It double aspect windows with views over the beautiful countryside and also the courtyard.
En-suite bathroom
A modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the courtyard.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! There is a BBQ with table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger.

Just returned from another amazing break at this beautiful property. This really is a well presented home from home, everything you need or want. The location is perfect with beautiful beaches, lovely towns, excellent restaurants and attractions for all ages between 10 – 30 minutes away. Erika and Rob are exceptional hosts, always on hand to help or advise, but never intrusive. They are a lovely family who we now consider friends. I’ve already booked for next year!

A lovely gite in very quiet surroundings but close enough to the local facilities and lots of different beaches. The eggs from the farm chickens were delicious and we brought some honey from their bees home as well. Pool was great and never very busy. Accomodation was clean and had everything you could need including lots of very hot water! The owners were very friendly and offered advice on local facilities. We would recommend a stay here. .

Another great week thank you. Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Great pool and the little walk down to the meadow and woods is wonderful. House was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to stay with 4 under 6’s!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aven, everything you need for a comfortable hassle free holiday.The gite was clean tidy and well equipped, beautiful views with your own private garden to sit out in the evenings.There are a vast selection of beaches only 15/20 minutes away with a varying amount of facilities, Pont Aven and Port Manech well worth a visit. If you dont fancy a beach day then the pool is a great size with plenty of sunbathing room within the garden that surrounds it. Plenty of supermarkets within 5/10 minutes, Super U, Lidle or Aldi.A big thank you to Erika and Rob for being on hand for any queries.10/10 for us, can not recommend enough !!!

The location is really good for both beaches and attractions so made a great base for our holiday. Erika and Rob are lovely hosts and very helpful with local knowledge if needed.

My husband Derek and I were looking for somewhere to stay for our 40th anniversary with our family and friends Derek picked Keranmerit he phoned and Rob & Erica where so helpful with the arrangements, and when we arrived the help did not stop they are a lovely family and made us very welcome and the accommodation is just perfect everything you could need. The location is very central for towns and beaches we were a party of 20 and everyone could do their own thing or go as a group. Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 5 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.

We have a 12m Pool that I set in a natural environment with lovely views over the Aven valley. With child safety in mind we have enclosed it with a 1.3m high fence and it also has a self locking security gate.
We are very spoilt here with a variety of beaches, little coves with rock pools a plenty to explore, long sandy shores that stretch for miles, surfing beaches and many within just a 15 minute drive.
Brittany is rich in history and culture and leisure, from cities with Cathedrals and medieval streets, towns famous for Painters and watermills, seafood, cider and crepe festivals, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, fun parks and Zoos.
We have 100 acres for you to explore and relax in, you can always find a quiet spot. Watch the wildlife, walk in the woods or picnic along the river, fish for Trout in the lake, children can climb the trees, make dens or fish for tadpoles.
