Lounge Area
De ingang is via openslaande deuren met uitzicht op een prive omheinde tuin en ook over het glooiende landschap. Het is ingericht naar een hoge standaard met een hoekbank, (converteert naar een tweepersoonsbed), lage tafel, satelliet-tv, (Engels en Frans), Dvd-en cd-spelers. Verwarmen door elektrische radiatoren. Er is speelgoed voor binnen en buiten, evenals een selectie boeken.
Kitchen / Dining Area
De keuken is modern en volledig uitgerust met, koelkast (met vriesvak), elektrische oven en kookplaat, magnetronoven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, toaster, waterkoker, Tassimo coffee machine, strijkplank en strijkijzer. Er is een grote grenen tafel met vier stoelen, kinderstoelen zijn beschikbaar op aanvraag. Free WIFI.
Badkamer
De badkamer is groot en is ontworpen als natte ruimte met een walk-in douche,geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers. Er is ook een toilet en wastafel met leuningen
Slaapkamer
De slaapkamer heeft 1 tweepersoonsbed, een kledingkast, twee nachtkastjes en een kaptafel (met een haardroger). Er zijn twee vensters met verschillende aspecten met uitzicht op een prachtig landschap en de verwarming is door elektrische radiatoren.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! Er is een BBQ met tafel, stoelen, parasol and a sun lounger.

We zijn onlangs teruggekeerd van ons verblijf in Keranmeriet waar we enorm van hebben genoten. We verbleven in The Dairy, wat absoluut perfect was voor onze actieve peuter?. het mooie, omheinde tuin hield haar veilig en vermaakt en we hielden ook van het zwembad en de speeltuin?. De gronden waren prachtig en geweldig om te verkennen. Keranmeriet was een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Bretagne?. We hebben veel van de lokale stranden en steden kunnen bezoeken. Er is zoveel te zien en te doen dat we gemakkelijk nog een paar weken konden blijven! Hopelijk zullen we op een gegeven moment terugkeren?! Bedankt aan Erika en Rob om zo behulpzaam en gastvrij te zijn tijdens ons verblijf.

The Dairy was perfect, very comfortable and everything we needed was to hand. Rob and Erika made our stay even better,, we were not ready to leave after three weeks and will definitely return next year. Lovely pool and gardens too! There is much more to see in the area than we expected, and so many beautiful beaches close by, it felt like nowhere was too far which ever direction we chose. Grote dank.

We have been to the Dairy for a month for the past 5 years and you couldn’t find a better home from home, or a better host and hostess than Rob and Erica. They always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and that you leave with happy memories. Although we enjoy visiting old haunts e.g. Concarneau, Benodet the beaches etc. we still find new places to go. This year it was The Valley of the saints (a must see). On the odd occasion that the weather is bad it is still cosy sitting in the warmth of the Dairy watching the rain.

Owners were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Gite was as described and perfect for a couple. Swimming pool was added bonus. Easy access to beaches. Nearest town not particularly invitingthough nice walk round lake. Pont Aven only 15 minutes away with good eating options and lovely setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing break.

We had a really lovely week at the Dairy and both our children were extremely sad to leave. We used the pool every day and the house and pool were always really quiet in spite of their being other guests on the farm. The Dairy and its garden were not overlooked at all and the children loved being able to use the bikes, the play equipment and paddle in the nearby river. The guide in the house was very detailed and we easily found plenty to keep us all busy. Our hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area too. We quickly found our favourite beach, with very shallow water and rock pools for the children, and everywhere we went was within a 15 minute drive of the house. Supermarkets were 5 minutes away. The house was quiet, clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. We very much hope to return again in the future as we have plenty more to explore.

Gemma August/September 2016 This is our second time renting the dairy. It is our fifth time returning returning to the farm,this speaks for itself. Last year we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with all our children and grandchildren, it was a wonderful occasion, Erika and Rob were extremely helpful. My wife and I holiday a lot in Europe and Keranmeriet is without a doubt our No.1 location. Mr/s Clifford May 2014 Excellent communication with Erika before and after booking – all queries responded to promptly etc. We were the only customers (start of season) so we enjoyed the flexibility of arrival/departure days and times to suit us. Erika & Rob were on hand if needed but never intrusive. Lovely location, very peaceful and relaxing spot but near enough local towns for all amenities. Well maintained properties and grounds and spotlessly clean. Comfortable and well appointed. Fresh flowers and welcome pack on arrival much appreciated, as was the advice on where to go and what to see. Just not enough time to do everything we wanted! Would certainly recommend it to others and great for families – lovely place for walking and exploring the local area. Thank you! It was clean and comfortable, had wonderfull views and was perfectly set up for someone like David who, although not totally dependent on a wheelchair, has very limited mobility. Rob and Erika were great host and the location is peacefull and relaxing but also a great base for exploring all that Brittany has to offer.

Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 4 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.
We hebben een zwembad van 12 meter dat ik in een natuurlijke omgeving heb geplaatst met een prachtig uitzicht over de Aven-vallei. Met het oog op de veiligheid van kinderen hebben we het omheind met een hek van 1,3 m hoog en het heeft ook een zelfsluitende beveiligingspoort.
We zijn hier erg verwend met een verscheidenheid aan stranden, kleine baaien met rotspoelen genoeg te ontdekken, lange zandstranden die zich kilometers ver uitstrekken, surfstranden en veel binnen slechts een 15 minuut rijden.
Bretagne is rijk aan geschiedenis en cultuur en vrije tijd, van steden met kathedralen en middeleeuwse straten, steden beroemd om schilders en watermolens, zeevruchten, cider- en crêpe-festivals, golf, kanoën, Mountain biking, pretparken en dierentuinen.
We hebben 100 hectare om te verkennen en te ontspannen, je kunt altijd een rustig plekje vinden. Bekijk de dieren in het wild, wandelen in het bos of picknicken langs de rivier, vissen op forel in het meer, kinderen kunnen in de bomen klimmen, holen maken of op kikkervisjes vissen.
