Ground Floor

This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds.

Kitchen Area

The Kitchen is s spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge (with ice box), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee percolater, iron and ironing board.

Lounge Area

There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games.

Dining Area

A cottage style pine table and 8 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.

Bedroom One

This has a bunk bed with a single bed over a double futon sofa, that can also be coverted into a double bed. It has a dressing table with a stool, CD Player and a wardrobe. There is large window with a view over the courtyard.

First Floor

Bedroom Two

Has a double pine bed with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe, easy chair and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.

Bedroom Three

Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe, easy chair and bedside cabinets.

The Bathroom

A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor

Master bedroom

The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.

Lounge area

This is a small area with a writing table that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.

Bedroom

This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is also a large sofa bed, that can be coverted for extra sleeping places or for relaxing whilst reading. It double aspect windows with views over the beautiful countryside and also the courtyard.

En-suite bathroom

A modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the courtyard.
