This has been styled open plan with double aspect views over the courtyard and grounds.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is spacious with plenty of working area and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. This includes; a stainless steel electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
There are two large comfy sofas with a traditional wood burner and if needed there are also two electric heaters. There is also a Television, (English and French) DVD player, CD Player, speaker for mobile phone, toys, books, magazines and a selection of indoor and outdoor games.
Dining Area
A cottage style pine table and 6 chairs. Highchairs can be provided if requested.
First Floor
Bedroom One
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the Pool and the beautiful Aven valley. It has a dressing table and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
Bedroom Two
Has two single pine beds with a balcony window overlooking the courtyard and the Farm gardens. It has a set of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Please note the height of the barrier at the window is approx. 1.4m.
The Bathroom
A modern style white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and sink

Second Floor
Master bedroom
The whole of the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom where parents or couples can find a little peace and privacy.
Lounge area
This is a small area with an easy chair that has a velux window with a superb view of the Breton countryside and also overlooks the Pool area.
Bedroom
This is a large bedroom with a double pine bed, dressing table (with a hairdryer) and stool, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It has views over the courtyard and the farm.
En-suite bathroom
A modern white bathroom suite with a shower cubical, a wash-hand basin and toilet. There is also a velux window with views of the pool area and countryside.
Garden
The garden has a terrace with a lawned area and is fully enclosed by a fence, the gate can be locked to stop toddlers escaping! There is a BBQ with table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger.

Brilliant facilities for young children very safe, we travelled with my daughter her husband and ten month old grandson. Everything was there for us and it was like a home from home. Shutters meant we had not early wake ups too. Eriika was very helpful from our first booking until we left. I would thoroughly recommend this property for families and other groups of people. Good location too!
We were a party of grandparents, parents, toddler and baby. Rob and Erika provide everything that young children need, from cots to bikes to chickens to feed. Adults enjoyed walks around the farm, fishing in the trout lake and taking the kayaks down the River Aven to the sea. We used the wonderful new heated swimming pool every day. So many lovely beaches and coastal walks are within 20 minutes and Pont Aven and Concarneau are full of great places to eat. This was our second visit to Keranmeriet and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, with great English hosts in a quiet part of Brittany.

“We stayed for one week at the beginning of August and had a super time. The gite was fantastic- very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need while on holiday. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise on arrival. It was nice to sit out in the garden at the rear of the gite and the children enjoyed being able to play safely in the grounds of the farm. The swimming pool was immaculately clean and it was nice and refreshing after a day in the sun. Rob and Erica were extremely friendly and helpful and were very knowledgeable about the local area. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Keranmeriet and will certainly stay there again on return to Brittany.Thank you for a wonderful holiday.”
This was an ideal place for a family gathering involving several generations. We could have our own space and communal space, the children of all ages loved, variously, the pool, trees and meadows, the gites were clean and well appointed, and so many beautiful beaches and towns were within easy driving distance. Erika and Rob were perfect hosts.

This was a wonderful holiday experience. Erika and Rob have thought of everything. The gites are of terrific quality, outdoor play equipment/toys provided for the children, a welcome pack for the parents, bikes to ride on! What more could you want. We have booked for 2 stays next year.

Prices
The prices on our calendar are based on a weekly rate and are from Saturday to Saturday, outside of July and August we can be flexible on the arrival day and the number of days you wish to stay with a minimum period of 5 days. If the period you have selected is not available then please contact us or you can also look at the availability on the pages for the other Cottages.
We have a 12m Pool that I set in a natural environment with lovely views over the Aven valley. With child safety in mind we have enclosed it with a 1.3m high fence and it also has a self locking security gate.
We are very spoilt here with a variety of beaches, little coves with rock pools a plenty to explore, long sandy shores that stretch for miles, surfing beaches and many within just a 15 minute drive.
Brittany is rich in history and culture and leisure, from cities with Cathedrals and medieval streets, towns famous for Painters and watermills, seafood, cider and crepe festivals, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, fun parks and Zoos.
We have 100 acres for you to explore and relax in, you can always find a quiet spot. Watch the wildlife, walk in the woods or picnic along the river, fish for Trout in the lake, children can climb the trees, make dens or fish for tadpoles.
