Shopping in the towns nearby is a pleasant experience (Rob even enjoys shopping here!) as it never seems to get too crowded and there are lots of individual and boutique shops. Some shops will still shut for lunch, but these days this is generally in the smaller towns or villages. If you are hunting for souvenirs and presents to take home then you will find plenty shops selling the local produce, cider, biscuits, crepes etc. and for children the walled town in Concarneau is a great place to pick up little ‘nic nacs’.
If wine is on your list then there are lots of caves close by selling wine at reasonable prices, you can even take your own container to fill up. You will also find the supermarkets have a good range of wines.
DIETERY RESTRICTIONS
We have a a couple of Bio and health food supermarkets nearby that cater for Clients with restrictions in their diet. For example Coeliac’s, the shops stock gluten free products and even gluten free baguettes.
